Going mad: Where's the simple scheduling solution for pre-contract calls?

With the new policies, it's extremely frustrating to not be able to use tools like calendly. In dire need of seeing this natively on Upwork. It's also a huge pain to not be able to Google Forms to filter for quality clients using the listicle quesiton/answer format. Messages in Upwork can turn into long-form craziness.
