Good profile, still no jobs

I have a pretty good profile with 1700+ hours worked, 21 jobs done, 30k+ earned, top rated plus badge, over 3 years actively working on Upwork, and I'm specialized in Drupal Development since the beginning. All the projects I've done are Drupal. Still, when I search for "drupal developer" on Upwork, my profile doesn't get shown in the first 10 pages, and many 0 earned profiles get displayed before me. Also, I don't get any invites and get only1-3 profile views weekly.

I'm wondering is this normal considering my strong profile, or I am doing something wrong?
