Google drive link not adding to portfolio

I want to add an external link to my portfolio on Google Drive but it keeps showing an error: We can't access the link you entered. Check your link for mistakes or enter another one.

You should not add any links to your portfolio where your contact details (Gmail address in this case) are revealed, this is not allowed here. Upload your portfolio directly to the Portfolio section and remove any indication of contact details or personal information.

I want to upload a snapshot of a Website I designed but I suppose the max resolution allowed 4000 * 4000 pixels. How do I go about this?

What if I nedd to add a Google Docs link to my portfolio? I can't just add the pdf file of it because inside the document there's the link to the document explanation on Youtube. How can I solve this?

Ok, perfect. Why do other freelancers have them, though? I saw other freelancer profiles and noticed the have Google Docs document links.

Not trying to start a war, I'd simply like to have the same possibilities of everyone.
