Google forms from clients

Hi
How about these Google forms some clients send.
In the form you ard asked to fill in email etc.
I never fill in them.
Guess the Upwork info and Portfolio should be enough.

Is it really allowed these Goigle forms here on Upwork.

If they are from Enterprise clients or don't ask for contact details, they are fine. But if they ask for contact details and the client isn't an Enterprise client, they are not. In other words: The google sheet as such is not an issue, what is asked on it may or may not be.

It seems these forms come up now and then.

But I came across a profile here with the contact info to different places waved into the video presentation. Some are brave...or don't know about the rules...:(

I don't know if clients know about this.

This week I had 3 clients asking for filling in forms. With questions and also personal info, email.

( I did not!)

It has started being annoying. Clients has to be informed about this!

They are. When then post a job they are reminded to stick to the ToS. They just prefer to ignore them.

You can always let them know that sharing contact information before a contract has started is against Upwork’s Terms of Service and that all communications prior to the contract starting must take place on Upwork.
