Google sign in not working- locked out of account!

I have logged into upwork multiple times . However, now it is telling me that I can no longer use this email because good sign it method is not verified and to find another way to log in - when I try another way to log in it sends me back to the google sign in like a horrible feedback loop!!! My email is “ **Edited for Community Guidelines** “ if anyone can help me that would be great because I was in the middle of an hourly contract when I got locked out .. very frustrating
