Hi Eko,
Congrats on achieving such a high Job Success Score! Regarding the message you mentioned, could you please confirm if you're referring to the "Great news! You are almost top rated!" note displayed on your Stats page?
We don't display a note like the one you mentioned and the one shown above is displayed since you're not Top Rated yet.

Hi Eko,
Thanks for confirming. To become Top Rated, you need to meet the requirements listed here. Once you do, the status will be assigned automatically and a Top Rated badge will appear on your profile.

First congrads Eko!
2nd Vladimir, Could you help explain this maybe...
I received top rated last week this time. Had a 100% score. Now I haven't signed onto any new contracts the past few weeks because I'm working on a big one now but just came on and noticed this after putting in a few bids. Really disconcerting after such high hopes to press on with Top Rated.

Hi Mark,
While we can't specify exact reasons for the shift in freelancers' score, note that contracts without any payments or on which payment was refunded are also included in calculation. Furthermore, the score is based on three rolling windows, which means once a contract falls from one to another window, the score for both of those windows is recalculated.
Note that freelancers are not allowed to add links into their profile that contain their direct contact details not use their profile to advertise companies. Our team will follow up with you soon to clarify Upwork ToS.

Hi Mark. That must be very disappointing. But you may be able to do something about it if you act quickly.
It looks like you've already lost your Top Rated status. At least I can't currently see it on your profile. That's probably because, with just 13 qualifying weeks, you had no margin of safety. However, you should have 2 weeks from the time of losing TR status within which you can still use your TR perk to remove one contract from counting in your JSS. If you can identify which one caused the fall, then you can remove it, if you do it in time.
That said, it's hard to see what could have caused the fall. You don't seem to have completed a job since January, and don't have any in progress. You haven't got jobs completed with no feedback. The only other possibility I can think of is that you've had a job with no payment, or all payment refunded, in which case that's the job you need to remove. By the way, how much did your JSS fall yesterday?
