Hello support,
My video call is completed. The only thing left is ID verification when I try to upload my valid ID there I keep getting this message "We’re unable to process your ID at this time. You may be able to add your ID again later."
Let me know what can I do for this.

I hope you are doing great. Please make sure that you are uploading your ID in a valid format. Please try again and don't forget to clear your cache and cookies.
