Does anyone know how I can get in touch with someone from Upwork?
Get help button is not working and I am unable to delete manual hours from my work diary.

You should be able to delete your time in the current week’s Work Diary in an active contract. Could you please share more information about the issue you're experiencing when you try to delete the time from your Work Diary so that we can assist you accordingly?

The contract is paused and I think the client is away so they are unable to unpause it for me. Can I delete it through someone at upwork? That's an option that I wanted to attempt.

You don't need to work through Upwork. If you end up with hours getting billed to the client that you don't want the client to pay for, all you need to do is send the client a refund.

When I last spoke to the client they wanted to avoid that route. But If I click the refund option before they pay me will it still go through?

You can not refund money to a client until the client has paid you.
