Good afternoon. I'm already writing for the third time. I have a problem because there is nothing on your certificate list that I passed, and I have a 95% verified profile and I only need that 5 percent to have 100%. I wrote to you a couple of times, no one answered me. Can you help me?

Did you read the help article? You don't necessarily need a certificate!

For example, you could just add another employment item, that would push you across the line.

For example, as you are now working as a freelancer, add "Self employed IT Technitian and freelancer" to your employment history. 

Or one more portfolio item woud also bring you to 100%

PROFILE ITEM VALUE

Portfolio Item	5% each (max 20%)
Employment History Item	10% each (max 20%)
Education	10% each (max 20%)
Profile Video	10%
Linked Account	10% (max 10%)
Certification	5% each (max 10%)
Other Experience	5% (max 5%)
