Has the Payment Processing time recently increased?

Hi there,

Normally my withdrawals are processed on a Weds and clear my account on a Saturday, however I've noticed over the past month that payment clearing has started being completed by the following week, sometimes by the following Tuesday.

This in itself isn't an issue, I just wondered if there was an announcement I missed somewhere or if it is just a temporary thing.

Hi Rob,

It is still the same. Your billing period for hourly contracts begins on Monday and ends on Sunday. Your funds are available 10 days later. You can read more information about the weekly billing cycle here. I checked and see that you are using a direct to local bank method. In general, direct to local bank payments take up to four business days to arrive at your bank.

Thanks for your reply. But be that as it may - it now takes longer for payments to clear once the funds are processed on a Wednesday. No longer do the payments clear in a Saturday.
