Have You Noticed a Change in UW? It seems to me, and this is just my opinion, that since the pricing model to be an UW user has changed, so have the jobs.
I'm a Graphic Designer and it seems that there are a lot more low-paying projects and a lot more "designers" willing to do them (I'm U.S. based and focus on U.S. based projects). It almost feels like it's going the way of freelancer.com (which is awful).
Is anyone else feeling this way or is it just me?
