Have you noticed weird Project posts?

I have been looking at job posts recently and found that there are a series of posts with very common traits and for some reason make me think that something is wrong.

Here is what I have found:

• They all start with "HI *first name* and followed by "I need help with../can you do.."
• None of the clients have a verified payment method
• None of the clients have ever hired anyone

At first I was thinking that perhaps they are specific posts created publicly by mistake to hire already known Freelancers, but then see point 1&2. 

Point is, anyone applying is definitely losing Connects.

What's your thoughts on this? Have you come across with similar posts?
