Haven't been paid for submitted work

I  have 2 clients:

1 job is based on milestones, my client is not replying since 3 weeks and there is an outstanding payment of $170. How can i get paid for this work? 

2nd job is hourly based, I have put in 13 HOURS of work without any single penny being paid. The outstanding amount is $338.

Please let me know how to Report these clients and get my payment.

1 Use Submit milestone option. If prefunded then you will be paid after 14 days if no client's action taken.

2 Tracker app used? You will be paid +1 week after first weekend.
