Haven't received connect for new billing cycle

My billing cycle ended yesterday 14th June and I still haven't received new connects. Help!

Hello Upwork team,

 

 same problem here. My connects always renew exactly on 15th of the month at 3pm (UTC) and now they didn't. Can you, please, help?
