Having problem when submitting any proposal

Every time I clicked on "submit proposal" button, Upwork redirect me to this page (I've attached a screenshot). I've cleaned my cookies, restarted my PC, but the problem remains. I've attached a screenshot of that problem. It's really annoying. I can't submit any proposal.
