Having trouble receiving money in paypal again

I had no problems receiving my money in paypal earlier but nowadays I have.
When i click get paid my money gets reversed back in my upwork account and my payment method gets disabled.
Its not the paypal's problem and Im 100% sure but its upwork's problem.
Please fix asap.
