Hello. I have a question regarding proposal submission. Someone told me that Upwork disable those accounts who submit excessive proposals. Because of alot of competition, getting proposals to be accepted is hard now a days. I am really afraid of that. What does it means by excessive proposals? How many proposals can i submit if i am not getting a contract?
