My account was stolen by my employer and I can't access it. I can provide all my documents and do verification call to be sure it is me. May you please help me to solve this problem?

Upwork users are prohibited from sharing their username and password with anybody.

So how could your employer (or do you mean client?) steal your Upwork account?

Could be an agency.... seems to be fashionable at the moment... companies creating agencies, and then keeping employee profiles when that employee is no longer employed....
