Can I have a favor? I made my new account on up work as a freelancer, And the problem is I can't upload a profile picture. Maybe because I have an account already. last 2012-2013, but the problem is. I can't remember even the email and password. And I want to de activate my past account. So at least I can Upload my profile picture. Hope you can help me with this issue. Thank you and God bless!

You can not simply make new accounts like this.

Doing so is a violation of one of Upwork's most important rules. You could be permanently banned from Upwork for what you did.

Please contact customer support as soon as possible and ask them to help you get rid of all your extra accounts.
