Help! Email has not been released after deleting account.

Hi there,

 

I was looking to join the site as a freelancer but did not have time to apply in one sitting, I deleted my account and planned to apply today. However, my username and email are still locked up. Would it be possible for someone to help me with this so I can add the email to my active client account and then my freelance account?

Please know that users are not allowed to have more than one account on Upwork, regardless if an account is closed.
