I woke up this morning to find that I forgot to log off my time tracker last night before I went to bed. It's been running all night! How do I delete those hours from my time sheet?

re: "Will deleting the screenshots delete the time?"
Yes.
But not all screens will be updated immediately.
Some screens within your freelancer-side Upwork interface will continue to show the old total amount of time, even after deleting the screenshots.
It may take 30 minutes to an hour for some screens' totals to be refreshed. Just be patient.

How did it record if you were asleep? Only segments with activity are counted and show in the work diary and are charged. How were there mouseclicks and keystrokes?
I frequently leave the tracker on when I am on a break, it does not record anything when idle, except when the cats play on the keyboard...

Yes, but the writing produced by your cats playing on the keyboard is actually more coherent than what many human freelancers write. With the added virtue of never being plagiarized.

This is very true. However, I do delete their screenshots. It's when they make Skype calls on the iPad that it gets hairy.....

I was wondering the same thing. I thought it didn't take screenshots while idle. I was actually just looking it up so I didn't give wrong info. Thanks for the info!
