Is there a way to access my submissions on completed jobs? My computer and external hard drive crashed at the same time so I have none of my work now.

Hi Andora,

You should be able to access attachments in your Messages. Let us know if you run into any issues with that.

Valeria, we don't have (or, at least, I have never had) access to attachments sent via the Submit Work/Request Payment button. I can't imagine why that would be, but throughout my 2+ years at Upwork, attempting to click on submitted docs has always yielded a "you do not have permission" message.

I get a message that I don't have access to that. and it only goes back 140 messages but I've been freelancing with Upwork/oDesk for several years. I just need to be able to retrieve as much of my work as possible as I have no records now since the crash.

Any help appreciated.
