Help! I was tracking my time on Friday to the wrong client!!

How to I change this client? I don't want them seeing the screenshots for my other client's business! I'm panicking a little bit.

Hey Amanda,

 

You can delete the screenshot before the work week is over. To do this go to your work diary. Just remember that you won't be paid for the time worked. I am not sure, but I guess 1 ss=10 mins.

Hi Amanda,

You will not be able to transfer your tracked time under another contract.
You can take screenshots of everything and tell your client that you have made a mistake and ask them to add the time as manual or your client to send it as a bonus, then you can delete the time from the contract you have tracked it.

  1.  Calm down 😉
  2. Go to the work diary and take a screenshot of the time logged to the wrong client as proof for the right client
  3. Select all the hours you want to delete by ticking them on the left
  4. Choose "Delete" at the top
  5. Delete the screenshots from the wrong work diary
  6. Write to the right client, explain you accidentally logged to the wrong contract, include the screenshot, and ask to be allowed to use manual time for the work done.
  7. Have a cup of coffee.
