Help Starting up!

Hey Everyone, 

I just started up on upwork and I've been doing lots of research on how to build a profile and structure my proposals. I spend a decent ammount of time submitting proposals but I still havent recieved any jobs. I'd love to get some input on what it is that I need to work on for a stronger profile.
