Help! Why I can't resubmit my proposal.

I have problem in resubmitting my proposal to a specific client. It happens that I made a typo in my first proposal that I submit then after I noticed that I quickly withdrawn it. As I check the job posting, it still says that  "You already submitted a proposal". I am hoping that I could resubmit a proposal  as soon as posible.
