Hi everyone,
I need some advice on withdrawing a proposal. I submitted one for a job on March 11th. The client requested additional information, which I provided the same day. Unfortunately, after that, there's been no response from them despite my follow-up messages.
On April 3rd, the client finally messaged back, but only to ask about meeting times. I sent them our working hours, but haven't heard anything since.
Since communication seems stalled, I'd like to withdraw my proposal and reclaim any credits associated with it for future projects.
Does anyone know how to withdraw a proposal and reclaim credits on this platform?
Thanks in advance for your help!

We don't get connect refunds evene after withrdraing from any job post. Withdrawing will only remove you from the client's list and they can't hire you for that post.

It can be frustrating for freelancers when a client goes silent after requesting information or an initial message. This situation can lead to wasted Connects on Upwork. Perhaps there could be a system to help avoid this, such as requiring more engagement from clients during the initial stages.
