Help(Wrong Account number) Don't know what to do

Hello ,

i added wrong account number and i think that exist in banks

i just made transaction and i don't know how to revert it back

Hi Kanhaiya,

If the transaction can't be completed due to invalid or missing bank details, the funds will be returned back to your Upwork balance. That may take up to 8 business days though. If you don't see the funds after that period of time, please let us know.

I think that wrong account number exist in bank

So can they check holder name to verify

I don't know if it can get cancelled due to wrong name and other details

But I will wait till 8 days as you suggest

Thank you for following up. Unfortunately, once initiated the withdrawal can no longer be cancelled. As Valeria already shared, If the transaction can't be completed due to invalid or missing bank details, the funds will be returned back to your Upwork balance.
