Help & Support redirecting to Job Feed Page

Hello everyone and Upwork

I have an issue for a while when I click on help and support link to contact Upwork's customer support it redirects me to my job's feed page, also when I try to go to my tickets it's the same issue, going to contact us page will work but it says I have to login and as soon as I press login it redirects me again to my job's feed page.

if anyone knows how I can fix this issue please let me know I need help for this.
