Help and Support connected to wrong profile.

This is very strange. When I go to "Help and Support", at the top right of the screen where profile information is located, the profile image that shows is not me. It's actually a previous boos. Does anyone know where Help and Support pulls informatoin from? Is it from a Microsoft account? Maybe an old account. Total mystery. Thanks!

I see my gravatar when I do that. If you signed for a gravatar at some point, maybe you can sign into your gravatar accout to change it.

yes, it has something to do with gravatar, since if you try to find the link of the image used there, it shows a link to that site. I don't have there an account and probably that's why I don't even have an avatar on the support page, so it shows only a default icon.

Interesting. I was able to locate Gravatar and remove image, but I'm not able to cancel that account. Is there a reason why only the Help and Support page use a Gravatar? Why would it be linked to that inseated of to our Upwork profile?
