Why am I getting a "hold" on my project? I haven't broken any rules as I know. Can someone help me with this matter?

Has your client been suspended or anything because that would cause the project to go on hold. If you click into the job from my jobs and there is big text in red that says suspended on the client, then this is possibly the case. If so, you can talk to your client and tell them that they need to talk with upworks to be re-activated.
You should have gotten an email about the hold explaining why it is happening and it would mention if the issue is on the client's side or not, at least he has for me before.
