Help me with my account suspension

Hello Upwork,

A few days ago, I saw the badge about financial transaction on my account and already submitted required ID and billing documentation but my account is not recovered yet. Rather now I see the badge about my account has been suspended. I don't understand my account was suspended without any reason.
Please help me with this.
