you should spend the time you would be working creating that web content, either:
1. Searching for jobs that will pay you a professional rate
2. Building up a portfolio that shows what great work you do, so you don't have to take insulting offers like this one.
Freelancing is a professional disciplne. One thing I have learned in my short time doing this sort of work (I hasten to add I have been writing professionally for 20 years) is that earning $10 is as hard as earning $100.
You may as well use the time wisely and develop your business.
You live not far from me and I know $10 won't get you much at all, maybe a cup of coffee and a biscuit. It certainly won't get you the reputation you are looking for, quite the opposite in fact.
