Can someone help offer suggestions if my profile can be improved?

I have been on upwork for the past 4 years. I have several successful projects and they all have provided me good feedback. But, I still seem to have a hard time getting noticed. I found sites that offer suggestions on how to write good proposals. 

Any suggestions, please help.

In the proposal when submitting a proposal, how do I address the client if I cannot find the client's name.
