I tried clearing cache and cookies and logged in to a diferrent browser but still no go. Still doing the same thing. What I did earlier after I clicked the link to verify the account is i clicked on stop loading the page before it redirects me back the job feeds page so that I can access the upwork help center.

I'm sorry to hear you are unable to access your support page, Mandeep. Please clear your cache and cookies, or use a different browser to see if the issue persists. 


You should also be able to access the same email thread on your email inbox, associated with your Upwork account as these exchanges are sent to you via email.
