I have been trying my best to get as many 5-star feedbacks as I can. However, one or two rude clients have left me bad responses due to miscommunications e.g they expect deliverables to be up to their thinking without providing me with enough guidelines. Moreover, I also offered free revisions of the content for them but I did not receive a reply and the contract was ended with a bad feedback.
Would this bad feedback be taken into account if I give a full refund to the client?

The bad feedback would become invisible on your profile if you refunded, but the effect on your JSS would remain.
Maybe if you didn't claim "native English skills" you would not disappoint clients who expect that level of English...
