Hello, I've returned to Upwork after a time and my profile was on "Private", I contacted Customer Support and it came back to "Public", However I still can't edit my overview and my portfolio isn't shown either.

I had the same problem two days ago. I use Safari browser on Mac. I solved this bug using Google Chrome.

Please do follow the steps Alexander shared and also try clearing your cache and cookies, which might be the reason why you're not being able to update your profile. Let us know if you need further assistance.
