Hi, Wrong bank details has been entered in upwork, what to do know?

Hi, Wrong bank details has been entered in upwork, I've enter correct Details at the time entering bank details, but now LAST DIGIT changed (don't know how?). Please help me to get solution...

Remove it from the option and add again with correct informations.
