Have you also given the feedback to your client?

You can only view the feedback from the client when you have provided them feedback from your side.

It takes a few hours to appear on your profile.  To get around this, click anywhere on your profile using the green pencil icon.  Hit save.  Reload the page and it should appear (assuming you've already submitted feedback).
