Hi,

Apparently, when I click on the 27012344 ticket number, I see some text
behind infinitely loading whitened overlay. I can't click links there. How
do I proceed?

Hi Ilia,

Have you tried clearing your cache and cookies or using a different browser to see if that resolves the problem with viewing the ticket? In any case, you can access the same ticket directly from your email.
