Hi Upwork community, I have a problem. My client has approved payment for a job I just concluded but the payment has not reflected on my dashboard. His review is visible but the payment has not increased.

What could be possibly wrong?

Can you please share with us the Contract ID for the job you're referring to so that we can take a closer look? You can get the Contract ID by going to All Contracts> Select the contract in question> You should see the contract ID here.
