The section 'Profile highlights' (screenshot below) is missing when applying for some jobs.

Why is it not possible to add profile highlights to all jobs?

Thanks for reaching out and for sharing the screenshot with me. After looking into it, I can confirm that the experience you are having is due to system design. Profile Highlights are not currently available for all job posts. If you have seen them before, they were likely available for the specific job post you viewed.
