Hire Rate (new search filter?)

I use filters a lot when searching for jobs. And when I am going through all of my results, I look at clients' hire rates in order to decide whether or not they are worth the credits I would need to spend on a proposal.

Can Upwork add a hire rate filter to the advanced search options?

I am assuming that the hire rate is basically the ratio of contracts started to jobs posted per client. Given the amount of job posts that seem to never result in hires, that statistic is valuable info for me. It'd be great if I could filter out posts from clients with low hire rates so I don't have to look through each one first. Thanks.

Hi Colyn,

I will share your suggestion about adding a hire rate filter in the Job Search with the team.

Hello! Any response/progress to this? Was just wondering the same thing and I agree with Colin that this hire-rate filter would be useful

Hi Gerard,

You should be able filter your search results by clicking on which the hires a client has made. This will then filter the clients who have had past hires on Upwork.
