Hire a freelancer for my agency who doesn't have an account yet

Hi I would like to create an agency and and hire someone to work under  me but they do not have an upwork account yet. Is it possible once I create an agency I could invite them to join upwork so they can work under me? Thanks

Hi Josh, 

You should be able to invite someone to join your agency by following the steps below: 

1. Go to your Accounts menu (∨) > Settings > Members & Permissions.
2. Select Invite a New User and fill in the form, including choosing roles and permissions.
3. Select Invite User. The person will receive a notification to join your team and can accept or decline your invitation.
