Hired progress bar

Hello everybody,

Lately, i have won 3 jobs through offers from one client, but when i check "You were hired" progress bar after evey successful contract, it seems that it's stuck and never increased during last 3 jobs.

So i'm wondering that why this happened?  Is offers has no effect on this bar? Or i need to get hired through deffirent jobs in order to take effect? not in the same job as offers.

That particular progress bar (found on the My Stats page) has nothing to do with whether or not you were hired.

You know you were hired because you have a contract that shows up on the My Jobs -> My Jobs page.

Those progress bars are not necessarily updated in real time. They may be cached and take time time to refresh. And they may only encapsulate a certain time period. We don't necessarily understand what all goes into calculating those bits of information and generating those progress bars.

My advice about the progress bar: Don't worry about it.

Your advice is appreciated. But actually i don't want this to affect on my performance from the point of view of the system, it may suspend me due to low ratio which appears on this bar.

No, that is not going to happen.

The progress bar is there for informational purposes only. People aren't suspended based on it.

You specifically said that you have been hired for multiple jobs recently. If that is the case, then you are not going to be suspended for a "low hire" ratio.

Dude stop freaking out cuz of this, a community guru just said don't worry about it, and from what i see on your profile you just got 3 contract ended in september (13days) so give it some time... maintain satisfaction of your client and you'll have 100 job success score, that's what matters the most...

Hi Mohamed,

Please, note that the graph is showing how often you are hired comparing to other freelancers in your category. It doesn't refer to the number of jobs you are hired for out of jobs you apply for.

Hi Valeria, Hope you are doing well. I need clarification regarding  Marketing effectiveness graph. Actually, last around 1-2 months, I am not bidding for any new job. Because I have long-term project. But day by day my "You were hired and You were interviewed" graph progress lowering. Does this create any problem or affect overall my profile?
