Hi, I was hired via project catalog, however the client wanted more than the project catalog outlined. They cancelled the project, but now I am concerned that this may potentially have a negative JSS or ratng depending on how they ended the contract. What is the proper protcol here as to not affect my rating? Thanks. Jon

Thanks for your question. Contracts set up via Project Catalog will work like any Upwork contract and the client will have the option to leave feedback that could impact your Job Success Score. Is the once a month "feedback removal " request a set date in a given month or how does that work?

Hi Jon,
It is not a set date, what's important is that you do not have any other feedback removal requests in the past 30 days, before making a new request.
