Hello,
I recently signed up with Upwork a few weeks ago and initially got two jobs almost right off the bat. I realize expecting this to happen all the time is a lot to ask for but I've been changing up my tactics every few days; making sure to write custom well-thought proposals for each job, highlighting relevant experience, attaching relevant projects etc. I just want to know if I'm doing everything right on my end and would love some feedback on my profile. I'd be happy to attach some proposals I've written for feedback as well. I'm worried that I've submitted too many proposals without any job offers and don't want my account to get locked or something.
Thank you in advance!

I will tell you what I said to another artist yesterday. Working as a freelancer is quite hard, even for top-rated freelancers. Sometimes we have a lot to do and sometimes nothing. It's especially hard at the beginning because no-one hires you if you don't have a job history, even if you have been working for 20 years outside Upwork. Now if you signed up a couple of weeks ago and already landed 2 jobs that's amazing! There are people who spend months and nothing happens. So this means you are doing the right thing. Just be patient and keep up with what you are doing. Be focused in your area and you'll be fine.
I took a glance at your profile and in my opinion there is nothing wrong with it. I would add a blank line after every full stop, but that's just a detail. As for the proposals you don't need to attach them here, just have always in count that the proposal is supposed to address the particular client's need. Therefore there can't be a canned format.
Joanne's links are useful so take a look at those, and again be patient. Don't be afraid about being suspended for sending proposals. That happens to people who spam and pester clients, but not to freelancers who are selective and think well before applying.

I'm not a client, but I personally don't like the hiding of earnings. you lose an important marketing tool that way. People look for the familiar, so a client with a small project will feel more comfortable with a freelancer that does small projects, and vice versa.
I would also look for who hired you, and that is hidden too, so that's just too much hiding for my taste.
