That happens when the client does not pay usually. I hope you did not send this client money as I'm sorry to say that those jobs look like the scam jobs.

Sorry to say it looks like you have been scammed and will not be paid. Please read this to help spot scams in the future. But someone offering $850 hr for someone to type is a big red flag.
