Hourly Contract

Hello. I had a client from Binance and he asked me to work on Upwork and I agreed as it's safe. He agreed for $220 for a landing page design and we agreed on Project based work like pay after the work is done and approved. After that we had some issues and agreed on Hourly Contract. I billed 9 hours while the work was for 11 hours and I submitted it in 9 hours, while I did that the client said that he doesn't like the work and it was a copy paste template, it was not my design while it is my design. I used soft skills and told him that I will make the changes with out billing him but he was very frustrated with me just for that. I asked him what about the hours that I worked and he said that the resolution centre will decide. Let me know please that will I get paid or not? 

It was my first project on Upwork and I want to grow here.

With hourly you will be paid for time accounted. Job quality dont matter here. 

You must use Upwork time tracker within rules.

I just didn't added title to some memos. Also, when I accepted his offer, his payment method was verfied but it's not now. I hope that everything works out as it's my first job on upwork.

Next time follow all rules. Memos, activity, etc. Some accounted time may be rejected without all required. You will see it soon after billing cycle passed.
