Hi,
My employer raised my hourly rate on our contract, but this wasn't reflected in the invoice once I billed for hours. Mind you, I billed my employer later that day that she posted the raise. Do I need to create a new contract? Or, did that change need time to be approved?
Thank you!

No need for a new contract. The raise will apply to any future hours logged.

Hi Margaret,
The new rate takes effect immediately. Unfortunately, it looks like you added all the Manual time prior to your Client raised the rate. Your client can still issue a bonus payment on that contract so please communicate with them and discuss this further. Here is the help article you can share with them for the reference.
Thank you!
