Hi! OK, here's the situation and Questions I'm hoping someone here knows the answer to:
I started a contract with a new client two weeks ago. That first week I did 40 minutes of work for her. Nothing else was billed since then, so 40 minutes is the whole contract so far. No complaints until now two weeks later (after I've already been paid for it) she says she wasn't happy with it and wants a refund on what she has paid so far.
Queston 1: If I refund the 40 minutes, will that affect my JSS?
Question 2: If I refund the 40 minutes and end the contract from my end (because now I can't trust this client anymore after this) will that affect my JSS?

1. Only if the client leaves poor private feedback
